Scott’s passion for recruitment is rarity his energy and desire for the bar to be raised is unquestionably his motivation in setting up WGG. WGG have also become a leading supplier to many Private Equity / Venture Capitalist back businesses becoming a trusted Partner, as they look to Scale and Grow. We have been able to work with the founding teams and buildout three year resourcing plans using our ‘True Partnership Model’.
